Our skipper on the Jungle Cruise had some jokes I hadn't heard before. "Over there are the natives... they're the ones who got voted off the island." "What do you call a deer with no eyes? No i-dea. What do you call a deer with no eyes and no legs? Still no i-dea. What do you call a cow with no legs? Ground beef. What did Snow White say when she dropped off her photos to be developed?" I answered that one: "Someday my prints will come..."

At the end of the tour, he said: "Please take small children by the hand and help them off the boat. Don't leave them behind, because I wouldn't want them for the same reason you'd be leaving them. Any children left unclaimed for twenty hours become the property of the Walt Disney Corporation, at which time they will be brought to It's A Small World and their feet will be bolted to the floor. Hey, that's how I got my start. I was a hula girl."
